Overall length of the M6 is 190km.<\/p>\n<p>58.6km Motorway south west of Budapest which includes 10 interchanges, 51 over\/underpasses, 1 Operation and Maintenance Centre and 4 rest areas. Profile: 2\u00d72 lanes with emergency lane.<\/p>\n<p><b>Description of the project<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Intertoll, Aberdeen Asset Management, and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD)\u2019s acquisition of controlling stakes in M6 Duna Aut\u00f3p\u00e1lya Koncesszi\u00f3s Zrt, a Hungarian motorway concession company.<\/p>\n<p>The consortium acquired 80% of M6 Duna Aut\u00f3p\u00e1lya Koncesszi\u00f3s Zrt in a joint transaction where leading Austrian real estate developer UBM Development AG (through its subsidiary PORR Infrastruktur Investment AG) and Bilfinger Project Investments GmbH, each sold identical stakes.<\/p>\n<p><b>Intertoll Capital Partners (ICP an Aberdeen \u2013 Intertoll JV) has has a 12,69% stake in the Concession Company (M6 Duna Aut\u00f3p\u00e1lya Koncesszi\u00f3s Zrt).<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Other role of Intertoll in this project:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Duna Intertoll Zrt.
